The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage during our travels. However, the room was quite small and cramped for our family, which made it challenging to move around comfortably.

Staying here with my elderly parents was quite nice. the location was super convenient, just a quick walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station. The hotel was clean, and we felt at home seeing the lovely decor. We enjoyed the nearby New National Theatre, a cultural gem!
My wife says that the breakfast selection could be improved for families with kids.

Super comfy and cozy!
We had a lovely 6-night stay! The staff was super helpful and we enjoyed the little touches like fresh towels and flavored water daily. Breakfast was awesome, especially those mousse cakes! Restaurants around were neat, open late too.

Great spot for family stay
The bathroom was something else man, huge like a mini oasis in a busy city. Having the automatic toilet was a nice touch, things like that make ya remember your stay.
Yeah it wasn't exactly cheap but honestly it was still reasonable for what we got.

I appreciated the hotel's accessible layout and the extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me. The location was perfect for exploring Shinjuku, and my room, though small, was cozy and had all necessary amenities.
Rooms could benefit from better air conditioning control.

The Rose Garden Hotel offered a cozy and clean stay, ideally located just minutes from the Nishishinjuku subway. Although the rooms were snug, the welcoming staff made up for it. The breakfast options were decent, but I found convenience stores nearby much more satisfying.

Great location with cozy amenities!
I had a pleasant stay in a cozy room that had everything I needed, including a great comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to many restaurants. However, I found the air conditioning could have been better controlled, leaving the room a bit warm at times.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13dated roomlimited laundry
The room felt dated and didn't match the photos, which was disappointing, prompting a late-night run for Lysol wipes to clean some surfaces. Limited laundry facilities made it frustrating, with just one washer and dryer leading to waits and awkward moments when other guests inadvertently took our clothes. The bedding wasn't the comfiest, and the overall noise from nearby traffic and sirens could be bothersome, especially for light sleepers. Breakfast options were quite limited as well, not quite hitting the mark for variety.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Shinjuku station and close to numerous restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well. My room was clean, cozy, and had a heated toilet seat, which added a nice touch. The nearby ramen shop and convenience store made it even better.
